Company Description: DoMyWork Media is a Mumbai-based Content marketing company that provides customised content based video production services for commercial, corporate, CSR films, animations, and any and all digital content engagement. Founded in 2019, DMW Media has established a reputation for exceptional services and counts reputed brands such as Viacom, MTV, Nickelodeon, Jio Cinema, Times Music, and AU Bank among its clientele. We are largely into Video production for Music videos and live events also are spreaded across non fiction ads.
Role Description: This is a full-time remote Co-Founder role at DoMyWork Media . The Co-Founder will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, developing and executing the company's strategic plans, and building and managing partnerships to ensure growth and success. About the Role: As Co-Founder, you will be instrumental in the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the company. You will work alongside the existing team to develop and execute a comprehensive business plan, build partnerships, and establish our brand within the media business. Responsibilities: Partner with the existing team to define and refine the company's vision, mission, and long-term goals. Develop a comprehensive business plan, including market analysis, competitive landscape, financial projections, and go-to-market strategy. Build and manage strategic partnerships with other media personnel in the media industry, including different clienteles and media outlets. Oversee business development activities and identify new market opportunities. Manage and motivate the team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings. Qualifications: Proven experience (10+ years) working within the media industry, ideally in a leadership or entrepreneurial role. Strong understanding of the media agency ecosystem, including competitive landscape, trends, and best practices. A demonstrated track record of success in building and managing successful businesses. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Passion for content and advertisements with a deep understanding of the media community. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bonus points: Experience in short format content creation and execution is a plus. Network of established relationships within the media industry.
