Role Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and deeply enthusiastic LEED Associate with certification from USGBC (LEED Green Associate, LEED AP with Speciality, LEED Green Rater). Your responsibilities would include understanding and providing insight on LEED certification process from end to end with a full understanding of the credit system. Experience or specialisation in Multifamily Projects is a plus.

Key Tasks and Accountability: · Communicating LEED concepts to stakeholders. · Stay up to date on LEED updates and requirements. · Assist with development of LEED project submittals, including certification and registration. · Perform & Participate in LEED calculation, documentation & project meetings.

Educational & Experience: · Official USGBC LEED certification is a must (LEED Green Associate/LEED AP with Speciality/ LEED Green Rater) · Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, Transportation Planning, Landscape Architecture. · Project experience in any LEED certification is a plus.

Skills: · Strategic vision, Strong technical and analytical capabilities. · Strong reporting and writing abilities.

Personal Attributes: · A team player with good interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities. · A self-motivator and a collaborative team player. · Excellent time management skills and the ability to assume leadership roles when necessary. · Agile, action oriented and a quick learner. · Out of box thinker.
