Job description

This position will play a key role in developing and supporting capabilities needed for Visibility initiatives and enterprise functions. This critical development role will be responsible for delivering projects that will greatly enable and improve customer experience can lead to better NPS for FedEx and decreased customer calls.

Must have skills:

• RPA Testing
• Automation Testing
• Selenium

Good to have skills:

• Protractor
• Functional Testing

Minimum Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems or related field and / or equivalent formal training or work experience.
• Four (4) equivalent work experience in computer support or information technology environment.
• A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements.
