Digital Marketing Specialist - Lead Generation

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist with a dual focus on Organic and Paid lead generation strategies. In this role, you'll be instrumental in driving the company's growth by leveraging both innovative organic tactics and targeted paid advertising campaigns. Your expertise will help attract, engage, and convert high-quality leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Organic Lead Generation: • Content Creation & SEO: Craft compelling and SEO-optimized content for blogs, white papers, and case studies to improve organic search rankings and attract leads. • Email Marketing: Design and implement segmented email marketing campaigns to nurture leads through the sales funnel and encourage conversions. • Social Media Engagement: Manage and grow our presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Medium, Quora etc. engaging with the community and sharing valuable content to generate organic leads. • Webinar Management: Organize and host webinars and other online events to educate the audience and generate leads through registrations and interactions. • Community Engagement: Actively participate in relevant online communities and forums to promote our brand and attract organic traffic to our site. • Organic Analytics: Monitor and analyze organic traffic and engagement metrics to continuously improve strategies and report on performance.

2. Paid Lead Generation: • Facebook/Instagram/Google PPC Campaigns: Develop and manage Google PPC campaigns, continuously optimizing for keywords, ad copy, and landing pages to maximize ROI. • LinkedIn Advertising: Create targeted advertising campaigns on LinkedIn to reach key decision-makers and professionals in our industry. • Events: Manage events to generate leads for direct customers & partners • Paid Analytics: Rigorously track and analyze the performance of paid campaigns, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights to ensure optimal spend and ROI
