Job description
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities for HR process improvements and automation.
- Assist in implementing and integrating HR technology systems.
- Assist in conducting technology assessments to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate for the assessment and evaluation of existing HR systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and automation.
- Gather business requirements from various functional areas and propose technical solutions by developing a business case.
- Provide support and training to HR team members and cross functional team on the use of technology tools
- Collaborate with HR and other relevant stakeholders to conduct HR analytics and generate insights for decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement HR technology solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support in designing the HR Technology and analytics roadmap and ensure smooth execution of upgradation/automation initiatives.
- Assist in documenting HR technology strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Design and generate queries, reports and dashboards.
- Serve as a liaison between HR users, IT and 3rd party.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to HR technology.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and innovations in HR technology.
Qualifications Graduation in IT/Technology, Post Graduation in HR - MBA / PGDM or equivalent, Certifications in HR Cloud Solutions
