Role Description

This is an internship role for a Human Resources Intern. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with HR, including HR management, HR policy development/implementation, employee benefits administration, personnel management, and other related tasks. This is a hybrid role, allowing for both in-person work in Bengaluru and some work from home.

Qualifications

• Experience with Human Resources (HR) and related tasks
• Knowledge of HR management and policy development/implementation
• Experience with employee benefits administration and personnel management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in a startup environment is a plus
