Responsibilities:
Create and edit compelling video content that aligns with our brand and marketing goals.
Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and scripts for videos that effectively communicate our value proposition.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute video marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media platforms (such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube), website, and email.
Conduct market research to identify video trends and best practices in the B2B IT industry, and apply insights to enhance our video strategy.
Manage the end-to-end video production process, including pre-production, filming, editing, and post-production.
Ensure videos are optimized for search engines and social media platforms to maximize visibility and engagement.
Monitor and analyze the performance of video content on platforms such as YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
Stay up-to-date with the latest video editing tools and techniques, and suggest innovative ideas to enhance our video production capabilities.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as sales and product teams, to gather input and incorporate their requirements into video projects.
Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all video content.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, film production, or a related field.
Proven experience in video creation, editing, and marketing, preferably in a B2B or technology-focused environment.
Proficient in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and tactics.
Excellent storytelling and script writing skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive video content.
Knowledge of video production techniques, including lighting, sound recording, and camera operation.
Familiarity with video SEO best practices and social media platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter).
