Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Branch Manager at Housing Bank in Amman. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily branch operations, managing staff, developing and executing strategies to meet financial objectives, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Management, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in the banking industry with a strong understanding of banking regulations and operations
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong financial analysis and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Fluency in English and Arabic languages
• Knowledge of IT systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office
