Job Purpose : CRM Executive manages a portfolio of customers within a defined sales geography. The role is accountable for Establishing relations with customers through high standards of customer service with a personalized approach.

Responsibilities

CRM avtivity by phone and email.

• Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions suggesting information

About Other Products And Services..

• Develop world class partnerships and relationships with large customers.

• Opens customer accounts by recording account information.

• Maintains customer records by updating account information.

• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer s complaint determining the

cause of the problem selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem

Requisite Skills

Excellent communication skills

• Customer Relationship.

• Ownership and Team spirit

• High Degree of Integrity
