About The Role
As a DevSecOps Coach you enable and sustain the DevSecOps transformation by helping our engineering teams to apply and improve DevSecOps concepts and principles within their organization. Platforms and tools we use at Swiss Re include Docker, Kubernetes, SonarQube, Nexus IQ, AquaSec, Azure DevOps, Terraform, just to name a few.
About The Team In our distributed team we build solutions to support product teams in building up and continuously improving their DevSecOps capabilities and practices. Using this foundation, we work closely with the product teams to address their immediate challenges and feed back the takeaways to make them available to the community within Swiss Re.

- enjoy crafting CI/CD pipelines
- are an advocate of DevSecOps practices and ways of working
- embrace a 'you build it, you run it' approach and enjoy working with product teams
- comprehend the essence of DevSecOps and how to mentor teams in adopting DevSecOps principles or overcoming challenges
- interested in security topics and implementing continuous security practices such as code / artefact / container scanning, dynamic / static application security testing
- take on coaching and training roles in other teams and help them in meeting their aspirations
- strive for sharing your expertise and helping teams to be successful
