Job description
Requirement/Description:
- SAP Customer Service functional consultant with minimum 4 years of experience in SAP CS and PM
- Must be proficient in the customer service and plant maintenance SAP modules:
- Must be proficient in the following business processes: Field service, Project Planning, Creation, Costing, Revenue, Billing, Monitoring, Repair Project Planning,
- Understand Client’s As-Is design in Maintenance, Service and Warranty processes and propose various Solution designs according to their requirement.
- Work with on-site team members, onsite key users and managers, to ensure that the tasks are delivered on time with customer expectation
- Requirement gathering, SAP Configuration, specifying interfaces, and data migration, testing, cutover Customer and Business Partner management Service Contract and Quotation processing
- Customer and Business Partner management
- Service Contract and Quotation processing
- Reporting Experience in third party Integration with SAP Service and maintenance orders
- Candidate must be proficient in the customer service and plant maintenance SAP modules
- Ensure that the tasks are delivered on time with customer expectation
- Good to have experience in S/4 Service
