Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Executive with a strong background in Microsoft Navision (ERP). The ideal candidate should possess 2-3 years of hands-on experience in implementing and managing Microsoft Navision solutions. The role requires a candidate with a solid educational background in Engineering or Computer Science, complemented by a deep understanding of ERP systems and a passion for driving efficiency through technology. Location: Powai, Mumbai Designation: Software Executive – Microsoft Navision (ERP) Key Responsibilities: Implementation of at least 3 full modules of (1) Warehousing & Inventory (2) Manufacturing Process Knowledge & Ability to understand user’s issues and provide them Level 1 support in the below functions: Finance & Accounting Warehousing & inventory Manufacturing Sales & Secondary Sales Management Ability to coordinate & prioritize requirements between multiple users and document needed specifications from the ERP system. Coordinate with the ERP vendor to ensure deliverables of the documented specifications. Ensure strict process control standards of deploying modifications into the production environment. Thorough testing protocols & scripts must be prepare and adhered to avoid any critical stoppages in business functions. Management and upkeep of the ERP Development, UAT and Production Environments. Capability and knowledge of application design to suggest modifications and integrations. Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive improvements that positively impact the company’s performance. Maintain the online ticketing system provided by the ERP vendor Qualification: Experience: 2-4 years of hands on experience in using Microsoft Navision (ERP) Academic Qualification: Computer Science / Engineering Skill Sets: · Strong understanding of ERP concepts, modules, and configurations. · Proficient in customizing and configuring Microsoft Navision to meet business requirements. · Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. · Effective communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. · Continuous learner with a proactive approach to staying updated on technology trends.Job tags
