Job description
The position requires an experienced and ambitious candidate who will be responsible for developing world-class content across various platforms to drive the business . The candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work well with all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities of the role include:
- To Work with customers via email, conference calls to understand and troubleshoot the issue.
- Resolve technical issues and provide an excellent customer experience.
- Attend work on a staggered shift basis, as per business need.
- Maintain complete and current support history of customer cases.
- Collaborate with peers and technical associates on problem resolution.
- Interface with the software development team to help them understand the issue.
- Maintain skill set and understanding of all the versions of the software.

- Excellent analytical and Logical thinking
- Strong troubleshooting / diagnostic abilities
- Ability to think laterally, possess strong problem solving, planning and prioritization skills.
- Experience working with customers from varied geographical locations.
- Flexible to work on any shifts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Work as a bridge between Development team and customer until the issue resolution
- Experience of working on Windows server infrastructure and Secured Print Services (MPS) would be preferable
