Job description

As a Process Improvement Manager, your primary responsibility will be to provide continuous support to our business teams in navigating changes to business processes, systems, and technologies. Through meticulous process audits and KPI reporting, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation of process enhancements.

Your impact: Ensure efficiency and effectiveness of organizational and business processes and drive continuous improvements. Your success in this role will hinge upon the quality of your communication, your adeptness in keeping internal personnel (including Executive Leadership) informed of status updates and upcoming actions, your sound judgement and decision-making abilities under pressure, and your capacity for effective leadership.


About you: 5-6 years of quality management experience in designing, reviewing, documenting, and managing process excellence functions, including process analysis, project management, documentation support, and reporting to the Service Quality Assurance nominated member. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.
