  • Any Sr. Team Lead who has 24 Months of experience can apply for Manager Position
  • No record of documentations or disciplinary actions in the past 18 months
  • Be flexible with shifts
  • Willing to move to other locations as per business requirement
  • Should have been rated Well Done or above in last 2 appraisals
  • Must have strong oral and written communication skills
  • Good Team Player
  • He/she should also possess strong problem-solving, troubleshooting skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment
  • Should have strong leadership skills
  • Must be proficient in generating and understanding Weekly/Monthly reports
  • Experience in implementing/handling new clients (if applicable)
  • Excel Knowledge and Report generating skills
