Job Title : Facilities Associate
Location : Bangalore
Job Type : Full Time (100% Onsite)
Job Requirements: - Program Manage facilities and admin related tasks through housekeeping and security team
- Engage with vendors for procurement of approved items
- Manage and handover assets to employees during onboarding and offboarding
- Resolve issues related to IT assets in coordination with a IT vendor
- Procurement of supplies related to pantry, stationary etc. from approved vendors
- Travel to banks and other places as per the business needs
- Maintain various system of records related inventory of assets and supplies
- Ensure biometric access of all the employees
- Complete adhoc tasks assigned by the Admin Manager
Experience - 0-2 years of work experience in the admin domain
- Working experience with small business setup is desired
- Self-motivated person who can prioritize work for the team and who also has the flexibility and capability to change priorities when circumstances dictate.
- Working knowledge of excel is must
- Have basic understanding of computer systems including reset, formatting and troubleshooting basic issues
