a US based IT Services company, are in search of an entry-level Sales Development Consultant who is passionate and driven. As part of our Sales Development team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our success in the US commercial sector. Please note that this position requires working night shifts (US Central Standard Time) to ensure seamless collaboration across different time zones.

Responsibilities: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging opportunities and trends within the US commercial sector. Analyze diverse datasets to discern patterns and insights crucial for devising effective sales strategies. Collaborate closely with the sales team to formulate and implement data-driven approaches for customer acquisition and retention. Assist in the conceptualization and execution of targeted outreach campaigns aimed at reaching potential clients. Utilize technical expertise to deepen comprehension of product functionalities and align them with customer needs. Cultivate a culture of research within the team, consistently exploring new avenues for business development. Demonstrate excellent communication skills to convey intricate information clearly to clients and internal stakeholders. Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies to generate a healthy lead pipeline. Plan and assist in targeted sales campaigns focused on key offerings to trigger customer appointments and convert prospects to deals. Support the qualification and nurturing of inbound leads towards successful deals. Aid in sales support tasks, including lead list creation, sales strategy development, and appointment setting with prospects. Contribute to digital content strategy, focusing on establishing thought leadership in target markets. Assist in creating presales collateral that resonates with the target market. Engage in relevant social groups and digital communities for lead generation. Support customer/contract acquisition strategies in line with business goals. Help maintain and track business KPIs, results, scorecards, and awards. Support product market fit assessments Support Competitive analysis efforts Take on special projects in marketing, sales, or other business areas as needed. Be flexible to take on additional duties based on business needs.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. A technical background is advantageous. Demonstrated experience in conducting market research and utilizing data analysis to drive business decisions. Proficiency in analytical skills, capable of interpreting complex datasets and extracting actionable insights. Ability to comprehend and effectively communicate technical product information to potential clients. Basic knowledge of Market Research in the technology industry. Strong communication skills, both written and oral. Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools. Good organizational and project management skills. Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently. Willingness to learn and contribute beyond the comfort zone. Experience in creating marketing materials such as blogs, corporate decks, and testimonials is a plus. Possess a research-oriented mindset with a fervour for exploring new market opportunities and trends. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams. Strong organizational skills with ability to breakdown work into smaller tasks and dependencies and being meticulous about getting things done.
