Role Description

This is an internship role for a Human Resources Intern at Rank-Puller SEO. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for supporting the HR department in day-to-day tasks including HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. This is an on-site role located in Kolkata.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and understanding of Human Resources (HR) concepts
• Familiarity with HR management processes and practices
• Ability to assist in developing and implementing HR policies
• Knowledge of employee benefits and personnel management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience with HR software and databases and proficiency in MS Office Suite is a plus
