Job Summary:

As a Talent Acquisition Manager at Ashika, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment and hiring efforts of us.

Role Responsibilities:

referrals, to identify and attract top talent.

3. Conduct organic proactive searches for potential candidates.

4. Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.

5. Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with the senior management.

6. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

7. Facilitate the decision-making process with the senior management.

8. Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment.

9. Oversee the on boarding process for new hires.

10. Implement strategies to enhance the organization's reputation.

11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and reports.

12. Stay informed about employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in the recruitment process.

13. Ensure all hiring practices follow equal employment opportunity (EEO) guidelines.

Role Requirements:

1. Bachelors / Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or in a similar recruiting role.

3. Exceptional knowledge of apt recruitment practices and employment laws.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRMS.

6. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
