Job description
An Accounts Executive is responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring accuracy in financial records.
Must have experience in using Tally , Gst , Tds , IT Compliance
Key duties typically include:
1. *Bookkeeping:* Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
2. *Invoicing and Payments:* Generate invoices, track payments, and manage accounts payable and receivable.
3. *Financial Reporting:* Prepare regular financial statements, budget reports, and other financial documentation.
4. *Reconciliation:* Perform bank reconciliations and ensure consistency between financial records and bank statements.
5. *Tax Compliance:* Assist in preparing and filing tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant tax regulations.
6. *Audit Support:* Collaborate with auditors during internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation.
7. *Financial Analysis:* Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.
8. *Expense Management:* Monitor and control expenses to ensure adherence to budgets.
9. *Compliance:* Stay informed about changes in financial regulations and ensure the organization's compliance.
10. *Communication:* Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders on financial matters.
