Job Summary : 

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist . As a HR Generalist , you will play a crucial role in executing various HR initiatives and providing administrative support to the HR department.

Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Onboarding:

- Assist in the recruitment process [ Both Technical & Non Technical Roles] by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.

- Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.

2. Employee Relations:

- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.

- Assist in resolving employee relations issues by conducting investigations, documenting incidents, and facilitating conflict resolution.

3. HR Administration:

- Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, benefits information, and attendance records.

- Process employee changes such as promotions, transfers, and terminations in a timely manner.

- Assist in benefits administration, including enrollment, claims resolution, and communication with providers.

4. Performance Management:

- Support the performance management process by coordinating performance reviews, tracking employee goals, and providing administrative support to managers.

5. Compliance and Policy Implementation:

- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, as well as relevant employment laws and regulations.

- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.

6. HR Projects and Initiatives:

- Contribute to various HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, diversity and inclusion efforts, and employee recognition programs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR-related projects to successful completion.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (KekaHR).

- Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

- Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
