Create, engage and qualify outbound leads and inquiries for customers out of United States and Europe
Engage current users to expand awareness, educate, ask for referrals, identify new opportunities and develop account intelligence
Effectively partner and work across the teams
Work closely with other teams to develop account intelligence, relationship maps, and use case opportunities through direct account engagement and insight tools
Schedule appointments and demos
Hold intelligent and engaging conversations over the phone, linkedin and email
Act as the subject matter expert on product offerings/solution development skills
Qualifications
Should love working with customers and have an excellent written and spoken english skills
Should have a never say never attitude to drive goals that are ambitious
Has the passion to grow into larger roles as the company scales over the next 5 years
Skills in customer management including hospitality, sales development or any other industry is very transferable
