Job description

Experience 3 to 5 years

Male candidates are preferred Only Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the executive. Manage and prioritize the executive's calendar, ensuring effective time management. Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders. Handle and screen phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met. Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external contacts. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Act as a representative when necessary. Utilize office software, communication tools, and other technologies to enhance productivity. Experience in the Infractructure, Medical, Hospality, Marketing industry is a plus

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace). Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion. High attention to detail and accuracy. Education: A bachelor's degree is often preferred, but relevant work experience can be considered.
