Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated Laravel Developer with at least 4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of web development principles, demonstrate a strong commitment to continuous learning, and have proficiency in server management, AWS, OOP, and design patterns.

Responsibilities

1. Laravel Development:

• o Develop, implement, and maintain web applications using the Laravel framework.
• o Apply Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles to ensure clean and modular code.
• o Utilize design patterns to create efficient and maintainable software solutions.
• o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

2. Database Management:

• o Design and implement complex database schemas.
• o Optimize database queries for performance and efficiency. o Maintain data integrity and security.

3. API Development:

o Architect and implement robust and scalable RESTful APIs.

o Integrate third-party APIs and services seamlessly.

4. Code Optimization:

• o Identify and address performance bottlenecks.
• o Optimize code for maximum speed, scalability, and maintainability.

5. Testing and Debugging:

• o Lead the implementation of unit and integration tests for code quality assurance.
• o Investigate and resolve complex issues reported by QA or end-users.

6. Server Management:

o Lead the configuration and management of web servers (e.g., Apache, Nginx).

o Monitor server performance and proactively address issues.

7. AWS Skills:

• o Lead the deployment and maintenance of applications on AWS infrastructure.
• o Utilize a range of AWS services such as EC2, RDS, S3, and Lambda.
• o Architect and optimize scalable, secure, and reliable cloud solutions.

8. OOP and Design Patterns:

o Mentor team members on solid OOP principles for efficient and maintainable code.

o Drive the implementation of design patterns to solve complex software design problems.

o Ensure code readability, reusability, and scalability through effective design practices.

9. Version Control:

• o Lead the effective use of version control systems (e.g., Git) within the team.
• o Collaborate with team members using advanced branching and merging strategies.

10. Self-Learning:

• o Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in Laravel development.
• o Drive the team's learning initiatives and implement new skills, including emerging Laravel technologies.

11. Documentation:

• o Lead the creation and maintenance of project documentation.
• o Document code, server configurations, and technical specifications for knowledge sharing.

12. Collaboration:

• o Lead collaborative efforts with designers, front-end developers, and other stakeholders to deliver cohesive solutions.
• o Drive the code review process to maintain and enhance Laravel code quality

Qualifications

1. Education: o Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

2. Experience:

o Minimum 4 years of experience in Laravel development.

o Proven experience in web development.

3. Technical Skills:

o Expert proficiency in PHP, Laravel, and related technologies.

o Advanced understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

o Expertise in database management (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL). o Advanced skills in server configurations and management.

o Hands-on experience with AWS services.

o Strong understanding and application of OOP principles and design patterns.

4. Soft Skills:
