Role Purpose

\n

The purpose of this role is to lead the VLSI development anddesign of the system by defining the various functionalities,architecture, layout and implementation for a client

\n

  1. Lead end to end VLSI components & hardware systems \n
      \n
    1. Design, analyze, develop, modify and evaluate the VLSIcomponents and hardware systems
    2. \n
    3. Determine architecture and logic designverification through software developed for component and systemsimulation
    4. \n
    5. Analyze designs to establish operating data, conductsexperimental tests and evaluates results to enable prototype andproduction VLSI solutions
    6. \n
    7. Conduct system evaluations and make appropriate recommendationsto modify designs or repair equipment as needed
    8. \n
    9. Allocates modules for testing and verification and reviews dataand project documentation
    10. \n
    11. Provides guidance on technical escalations and review regressiontesting data
    12. \n
    13. Prepares documentation containing information such as test caseand product scripts for IP and publishes it to the client for feedbackand review
    14. \n
    15. Ensures all project documentation is complete and uploaded asper technical specifications required by the client

  1. Provide customer support & governance of VLSI components& hardware systems \n
      \n
    1. Identify and recommend system improvements to improve technicalperformance
    2. \n
    3. Inspect VLSI components & hardware systems to ensurecompliance with all applicable regulations and safety standards
    4. \n
    5. Be the first point of contact to provide technical support toclient and help debug specific, difficult in-service engineeringproblems
    6. \n
    7. Evaluate operational systems, prototypes and proposals andrecommend repair or design modifications based on factors such asenvironment, service, cost, and system capabilities
