About US:

At Origins Nutra, we are a healthcare startup driven by the mission to help people make informed choices about their health and wellness. We want to bring importance to Preventive Healthcare and build the infrastructure to help people make the right choice to prioritize their health.

We spent the last 5 years, developing clinically proven health supplements, that target the root cause of the most common health issues people in India are facing, and are now looking for a Brand Manager, with a strong motivation to use their skills to help drive this mission.

About the role :

This is a core member role, which means you will be expected to build things from scratch, define processes, and metrics, and take full ownership of the role. This gives you a chance to get in early and contribute to building Origins in your own way.

What you will do as Marketing Manager :

Drive Our Marketing Strategy: You'll be the architect behind our combined brand and performance marketing strategy, ensuring we tell a compelling story that connects with our audience and drives measurable results. Lead Performance Marketing Efforts: Your deep dive into analytics will guide our digital campaigns, optimizing spend across SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social advertising to boost traffic, engagement, and conversions. Elevate Our Brand Presence: As our brand's champion, you will make sure that every piece of communication underlines our mission and values, enhancing brand awareness and fostering a loyal community. Craft and Execute Engaging Campaigns: From initial concept to final execution, you'll lead the creation of marketing campaigns that are not only creative but also strategic, ensuring they resonate with our audience and lead to action. Collaborate Across Teams: Functioning as the nexus between various departments, you ensure seamless execution of strategies, working closely with social media, design, and content teams, alongside performance marketing agencies for cohesive brand messaging. Optimize Digital Presence and E-commerce Performance: You're responsible for our online visibility and e-commerce success, ensuring product listings are optimized and digital experiences drive towards our business goals. Monitor Trends and Analyze Data: Stay ahead by leveraging market insights and competitive analysis, using data to pivot and enhance our marketing tactics for better engagement and growth. Foster Direct Engagement and Feedback Loops: By engaging directly with our community and fostering open channels for feedback, you'll help amplify our brand and refine our strategies based on real-world insights. Map and Refine the User Journey: You'll take ownership of the entire user journey, analyzing touchpoints from discovery through to purchase and beyond. Your strategies will ensure a seamless, engaging experience that aligns with user needs and preferences, driving retention and fostering a strong, loyal customer base.

Requirements: At least a bachelor's Degree or

2 years of relevant experience in Marketing (excluding sales)

or related fields (D2C experience will be a plus) Growth Mindset Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Creative thinking and a passion for

branding and marketing . Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms. Knowledge of supplement industry regulations is a plus. Strong understanding of the D2C Health and Personal Care Space in India
