• Risk Assessment
• Reporting & Monitoring
• Maintain Ethical Conduct
• Stakeholder Management

The Successful Applicant
• Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in compliance
• Preference to candidates coming from NBFC, FinTech, BFSI Industries
• Strong leadership skills
• In-depth knowledge of financial and legal regulations & compliances
• Proven track record of managing compliance functions
• Experience working with RBI and good relations with them
