Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in planning and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns, with a focus on both ATL (Above the Line) and BTL (Below the Line) strategies. The successful candidate will have a diverse skill set that includes expertise in retail, wealth, business, and online customer segments.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns targeting retail, wealth, business, and online customer segments, ensuring a cohesive and impactful approach across diverse channels.

- Develop and implement targeted campaigns for Ultra-high Net Worth client segments, delivering bespoke banking, financial services, and investment products.

- Lead the development and implementation of ROI-driven digital campaigns, demonstrating a strong understanding of digital marketing trends. Achieve an average lead conversion ratio of 4.2%.

- Execute marketing strategies throughout the product life cycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams. Develop customer propositions and oversee digital and offline media activities.

- Design and launch innovative digital loyalty and reward programs for existing customers, aiming to set industry benchmarks and enhance customer retention.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

- Proven experience in planning and executing ATL and BTL campaigns across diverse customer segments.

- Expertise in Wealth Marketing, with a focus on Ultra-high Net Worth clients.

- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing ROI-driven digital campaigns with a track record of achieving high lead conversion ratios.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and manage product life-cycle marketing strategies.

- Experience in designing and launching digital loyalty and reward programs.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Creative thinking and the ability to bring innovative ideas to the table.

- Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics.
