Role Description
- Proficiency in contract drafting, etiquette and keen awareness of best practices prevailing in commercial contracts regime.
- Drafting and finalization of legal notices and replies, legal notes, briefs, pleadings, appeals, MOUs, contracts, Service Level Agreements across all Business Unit's and other deeds/documents.
- Good understanding of company laws, corporate laws and principles of corporate governance.Â
- Assist in the formulation, implementation and/or amendment of Company, department policies.
- Legal research on corporate commercial laws, exchange control law, contract law.
- Advise on statutory compliances.
- Handling Litigation (NCLT, Civil, and Criminal matters as well as Arbitration Matters)Co-ordination, follow-up and assistance to external counsels.
Qualifications
- LL.B. (LL.M./CS will be preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Legal domain.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in energy renewables & EPC Sector.
