JD of Process Associate AR /Senior Process Associate AR
Job Requirements - Qualifications: Any Graduation (B.Sc., M.Sc. preferred,) with good communication skills.
- Eligibility Criteria : Min 6 month of experience in AR department.( US Healthcare )
Job Description - Minimum 6 month of experience in AR calling.
- Calling insurance companies to follow up on claims filed to expedite payment.
- Should have knowledge and experience of AR for an internal medicine and multi speciality practice.
- Should be team player.
- Need to work in minimum supervision.
- Communicate directly with insurance payers to resolve claims issue.
- Create and file appeals as necessary.
- Check the correct status of AR follows up denials / payments by directly calling insurance companies.
- Verify the reason of denial or delay in payment of claim and to identify what all steps needs to be taken.
- Effectively communicates coding / billing issues which are causing denials to Leads.
- Responsible with account coordinator to implement back up coverage and assignment of files when out of the office.
- Excellent oral and written communication skill
