Job Description – Admin – Learning and Development Assistant

We currently have an opening for a Learning and Development Assistant. This role is housed within the Withum global learning and development team and supports a broad array of functions. You’ll gain experience with learning management systems administration, compliance tracking and processing, program administration, and online and in-person program support. In-depth training will be provided and a wide range of advancement opportunities are possible within the role.

Learning Management Systems Administration (LMS) work:

Updating the Withum LMS system (LCVista) as team members join or depart the firm including creation and deactivation of accounts, initiation of training assignments, maintaining and updating records, processing reports, and other duties as assigned. ·

Membership roster maintenance:

Supporting the firm’s processes for maintaining AICPA and state society memberships for our team members including but not limited to roster review, maintenance and updating, sending renewal reminders and coordinating renewal paperwork. ·

Onsite and online program support:

Supporting onsite training programs in our Bengaluru office as well as online seminars for the Bengaluru team by securing space reservations, ordering meals, monitoring the completion of attendance paperwork, moderating online seminars in our webinar platforms (LC Vista and Zoom), coordinating with instructors on program materials and paperwork, and other duties as assigned. · Simple video editing assignments for the instructional design team (training to be provided).

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field. Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills and a high degree of attention to detail. Strong time management skills and ability to meet all scheduled deadlines. Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing projects Competently analyzes and prioritizes information to make appropriate recommendations Strong command of the English Language, both written and verbal communication; Strong commitment to an entrepreneurial work ethic;
