Hiring Sales Compensation Analyst (TL)

CTC Max – 15 LPA
location – Hyderabad – night shift (6PM – 4AM)
Years of experience:5 years (on paper team lead 1 years minimum exp)

The Sales Compensation Analyst will be responsible for configuring and maintaining our cloud-
based application Xactly to support sales incentive program and the overall health of the Xactly
application, with a focus on integrating upstream data with respective systems as well as
downstream performance reporting and analytics. Specifically, ensuring (1) upstream data is
able to be loaded accurately and timely, (2) providing support with various types of ad hoc
adjustments, (3) supporting calculation cycles, finalizing periods etc. The Analyst will also
create, troubleshoot and optimize current application configuration as needed, inclusive of
designing reports in Analytics or collaborating on designing reports in Tableau.

You will:
● Support the administration and analysis of MBOs, quarterly commission payments, and
SPIFF payouts
● Reconcile Salesforce bookings, Workday employee data and Anaplan financials to
ensure accurate compensation data sources
● Prepare Xactly load files with quotas, credits, adjustments and other key information
● Provide ongoing support on commission issues as they arise
● Analyze and prepare monthly or quarterly sales performance reports for FP&A and other
members of the Commercial Organization, inclusive of KPI reporting
● Ensure timely electronic distribution and acceptance of annual compensation plans,
policies, and training
● Perform scheduled and ad hoc analysis to help design and assess the
effectiveness of variable compensation program, support the preparation of
monthly and quarterly executive dashboards on key performance, pay, and
commission cost drivers, as well as build out the reporting functionality in our
SPM platform (Xactly Incent & Objectives) for incentive compensation business
metrics.
● Be a subject matter expert for our incentive compensation planning cycles and an active
participant in User Acceptance Testing
● Recommend and document best practice processes & improve manual processes
● Ensure the application is optimized to meet payroll and reporting deadlines

About you:
● You are an analytical, process-oriented individual, with strong attention to detail and
experience managing complex and evolving Incentive Plans
● Experienced using, configuring and maintaining Xactly Incent and Analytics (required)
(Objectives is a plus!)
● Certifications in Xactly Incent, Analytics and Connect
● 3 – 4 years sales incentive compensation experience using Xactly
● Strong problem solving and analytical skills with minimum direction
● Excellent oral and written communication skills
● Detail oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills

● Salesforce.com experience preferred
● Able to quickly adapt to new technologies and process changes
● Microsoft Office or Google Suite skills (emphasis on advanced Excel/Sheets skills and
Powerpoint/Slides)
● BS/BA Degree or equivalent, preferably with a strong analytical background
● Ability to synthe information into actionable insights and contribution to both creating
and executing business strategies
● Must be able to function as part of a team and adhere to strict deadlines in a fast-paced,
ever evolving environment

Bonus Points:
● SQL or similar big data tools is required; Tableau experience is a PLUS
