Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a Technical Support role
- Excellent technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Familiarity with software and hardware troubleshooting tools
- Knowledge of operating systems, networking, and security
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional support
- Certifications in relevant technical areas is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and support to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and networks
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues remotely or on-site
- Assist clients in setting up new systems and software applications
- Ensure timely resolution of technical problems to meet SLAs
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for further investigation
- Maintain accurate records of all technical support interactions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology
