Job Overview

Senior Digital Marketing role with 4 to 6 years of experience. This is a remote position.

Qualifications And Skills

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in digital marketing roles, with a focus on campaign planning, digital media, and social media management.
  • Strong knowledge of diversity and inclusion practices in digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in search engine marketing (SEM) and search engine optimization (SEO) techniques.
  • Experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing regulations and best practices.
  • Budget management skills and the ability to optimize resources effectively.
  • Experience in product marketing and new product launches is a plus.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Manage and optimize digital media and social media channels.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
  • Stay informed about emerging digital marketing trends and tools, and recommend innovative approaches to enhance marketing effectiveness.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant digital marketing regulations and best practices.
  • Track and report on the ROI of digital marketing activities.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize campaign impact.
  • Support the development and implementation of diversity and inclusion initiatives within digital marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with product marketing teams to incorporate digital marketing strategies into new product launches.
