Exp: 4-6yrs

Job Description:
Required Skills/Experience:
- Experience in implementing configuring and supporting Workday Payroll for global rollouts.
- Experience on US Payroll is must. UK Payroll is an add on.
- Should have knowledge on Run categories, Pay Accumulations, Pay Groups and Pay components in Workday
- Experience in configuring various business processes within Core HCM & Payroll.
- Experience in setting up Absence and Benefits plans and Time Tracking.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Good to have knowledge on Bank Setup and country specific deductions and earnings for Payroll processing.
- Experience on other modules like Absence, Benefits, and Compensation is a plus.
- Strong verbal and analytical skills with the ability to write at a publication quality level.
- Good to have exposure as a contributor in all phases of Workday implementation.
- Good to have –Data Conversion Experience, exposure to Customer Central, iLoads, EIBs, Reporting, Migration of functional configuration using Workday tools like Migration Recipe and Advance Loader.
