Job description

• Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and communicating business plans and priorities; removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance; providing resources; identifying performance standards; measuring progress and adjusting performance accordingly; developing contingency plans; and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by selecting and training; mentoring; assigning duties; building a team-based work environment; establishing performance expectations and conducting regular performance evaluations; providing recognition and rewards; coaching for success and improvement; and ensuring diversity awareness
• Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to others in their use and application; ensuring compliance with them; and utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy
• Ensures business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; consulting with business partners, managers, co-workers, or other key stakeholders; soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and cost-effectiveness; and participating in and supporting community outreach events

What You ll Do:

• Developing budget and operating plan for the program.

• Build program funding proposals to guarantee uninterrupted delivery of services.

• Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, quality, and adoption.

• Work closely with business teams to define the success criteria, business KPIs, operational KPIs and built a tracking mechanism.

• Bring though leadership to Build and establish the agile KPI and management reporting templates and ensures timely and accurate reporting across the org.

• Responsible for planning and overseeing the transfer of key information necessary for the support,operation, and acceptance of solutions deployed into production. This includes operational readiness, Dev/support documentation, and acceptance checklists.

• Ensure service transition is planned and executed to schedule, budget and scope

• Facilitate building the transition plans including infrastructure/application support models, change management.

• Be accountable for coordinating implementation activities, providing effective functional leadership,including information flow to and from operations during project work.

• Build partner strategy and optimize the partner network and the count for the domain.

• Coordinate across cross-functional teams spread across geography to deliver complex programs

• Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate, and make trade-offs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.

• Ability to contribute to high level architectural discussions and drive complex problems to closure

• Apply best practices to the software development life cycle for projects based on experiences with a number of agile and blended approaches

• Interact with project Sponsors, project Stakeholders and multiple business and technical teams to define and deliver complex features

• Work very closely with various business stakeholders to drive the execution of multiple business plans and technologies

• Demonstrates, promotes, and supports compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity

• Develop, communicate, and drive best practice adoption across the organization

What youll bring :

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field and 15+ years experience in project/program management, or related field.

• Knowledge of large-scale technical program management in product organization.

• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and project management tools, etc
