ob Title: Inside Sales Manager - Banking Sector (Karnataka)

Responsibilities:

- Lead inside sales team to achieve targets in the Karnataka banking sector.

- Develop effective strategies for lead generation and conversion.

- Collaborate with marketing and external teams for optimized sales outcomes.

- Provide regular performance reports and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

- 2 years in sales or life insurance.

- Graduation from a recognized university.

- Proven success in inside sales, preferably in banking.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Knowledge of Karnataka's banking and financial sector.

Compensation:

Competitive Salary: INR 2.75 to 3.5 LPA
