Job description

Educational Qualifications & Experiences

Â
• Candidate must be a graduate.
• 5-6 years minimum experience in Franchise Management in Preschool /School /Education domain
• Good knowledge of preschool industry preferred.

• Strong Networking and Presentation Skills

Roles and Responsibilities
• To manage the Franchise partners and Franchise units in allocated territory.
• Extend support and guidance on marketing and enquiring generation activities.
• Review and manage end to end admission process.
• Visit the units regularly and ensure seamless operations of the unit.
• First Point of contact for the franchise partner for all service and concerns.Strictly maintain Service Level Adherence and complaint management with good and timely coordination
• Conduct audits at the unit and ensure complete compliance with Dibber Guidelines.
• Responsible for significant growth in admissions at the unit YOY
• Support the franchise partner in overall business growth and profitability.
• Manage excellent relationship with the Franchise partner and business staff at the unit.
• Conduct Counsellor training programs for sales staff and other sales trainings if required.
• Must possess the ability to develop observations and data collection to do the gap analysis observed during the monitoring process and chalks out an improvement plan.
• Conduct parent orientation program and seminars.
• Willingness to travel to the assigned regions.
• Should be available to work on Saturdays in the account of training, events & celebrations, Parent meets and workshops if any.
