Job Overview

The Inside Sales Manager at Educate U will play a key role in driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and team management. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India, with an opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate for this role should have 1 to 3 years of experience in inside sales.

  • Lead and manage a team of inside sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas of improvement
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to inform sales strategies
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their sales skills
  • Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to the management team
