Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Butler(The Leela Palace Service Associate) at The Leela Bhartiya City Bengaluru Hotel Conventions Residences. The Butler will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and assisting with guests' needs during their stay. Daily tasks will include preparing rooms for guests, arranging transportation and reservations, coordinating with other hotel staff to ensure the guests' needs are met, and overseeing the guests' overall experience.

Qualifications

Exceptional customer service skills Ability to anticipate guests' needs and provide personal attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in multiple languages Strong organization and time-management skills Familiarity with local attractions and events Experience in the hospitality industry Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management or relevant field

Knowledge in food and beverage service, housekeeping, and facility maintenance will be beneficial for this role.
