Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end recruitment process, attracting top talent, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Talent Acquisition Manager will collaborate with hiring managers and department leaders to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. This role requires a strong understanding of the talent landscape, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Recruitment Planning: Collaborate with department heads to understand current and future hiring needs. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. Full-cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to candidate onboarding. Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the organization. Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate the decision-making process. Employer Branding: Enhance the organization's employer brand by promoting a positive candidate experience. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as universities, job boards, and industry associations. Talent Pipelining and Networking: Proactively build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking activities to identify potential candidates. Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data and metrics to measure recruitment effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Generate regular reports on recruitment activities, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and diversity metrics. Compliance and Diversity: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in recruitment practices. Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives in the hiring process. Onboarding and Retention: Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. Provide insights and recommendations for employee retention strategies. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or in a similar role. In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and employment laws. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience using applicant tracking systems and other HR software. Demonstrated success in building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
