Role Description

This full-time, on-site Receptionist role is located at our Pune center. The Receptionist will be responsible for welcoming and directing patients, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and maintaining patient records. The Receptionist will ensure a positive patient experience and coordinate with other departments to provide excellent healthcare service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1+ years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a medical setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on patient service
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records (EMR) systems
