Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Laboratory Technician located in Indore. The Laboratory Technician will be responsible for conducting quality control tests, performing laboratory tests to produce reliable and precise data to support scientific investigations, analyzing and interpreting data, and maintaining laboratory equipment.

Essential Functions:Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â 1. Responsible for assembly of new PCBs having mixed SMT and PTH components without Supervision.

2. Responsible for Engineering Proto Unit assembly.

3. Kitting of the materials as per BOM.Â

4. Follow-up with Lab Supervisor for shortage of components.

5. Co-ordinate with external Contract manufacturer for PCB assembly.Â

6. Support the Electrical Engineers and DVT engineers for the Test set-up and rework/repair of the Assembled PCBs and Proto Units

7. Responsible for maintaining 5's in the PCB proto assembly Area.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of laboratory equipment and laboratory skills to conduct tests and procedures
• Minimum ITI / Diploma preferred.
• Ability to apply analytical skills to analyze and interpret data, and generate precise and reliable results
• Strong attention to detail and ability to document and report results accurately
• Experience as a Laboratory Technician with proficiency in quality control tests
• Bachelor's degree in Science with a specialization in Biology, Chemistry, or related field
• Experience in the Power Electronics industry is a plus
