Provides support in a high-volume environment throughout the recruiting process for all business units. Responsible for record-keeping of all recruiting-related documents such as applications, background check authorization forms and is well-versed in the retention policies of the company. Maintains applicant tracking system to ensure data integrity and compliance. Handles all new hire processes including offer letter generation/delivery, and follow-up; ensures all aspects of the new hire process are timely, accurate and leads to a positive experience for all involved. Experience in managing hiring drives by scheduling interviews and managing interview evaluations. Coordinates candidate pre-employment checks and serves as the primary contact with third-party vendors, as appropriate, to ensure timely and proper facilitation of candidate status. Identify missing or incomplete documentation for new hires, based on data integrity reporting; Review and analyze data and provides recommendation to ensure process improvement and efficiency. Liaise with the HR Operations team to ensure all required information is gathered and data is complete. Responds to all internal or external recruiting-related inquiries with a sense of urgency and directs/escalates to the proper source for information and follows up as appropriate. Qualifications : • 3-5 years of experience in Recruitment coordination, administration or support experience • Proficient with MS Office Suite (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint) and Presentation skills. • Possesses excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal • Proactive, take ownership of their work, and can support team • Energetic self-starter with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment • Strong work ethic and sense of urgencyJob tags
