[email protected] Position: Area Sales Manager, Division : Air Pollution Control, Camfil India Location : Vadodara, Gujarat, India Reporting Manager: RSM-West Job Summary and Key Objectives: The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales performance to expand our company's market share. His collaborative nature will help him succeed when coordinating with external distributors and internal sales and marketing teams. Role priorities Responsible for handling and coordinating Air Pollution Control applications in the entire Western Region Guiding the Area Sales Managers in all aspects of the Air Pollution Control Business to achieve APC regional sales targets. Site visits to handle requirements of air pollution control requirements of Customers. Total Sales Revenue for Area where he/she deputed as per business plan India Achieve or exceed the annual plan through the generation of new business sales and improved retention of existing business. Collaborate with customer service, Projects & Application, Engineering, and manufacturing to ensure business requirements are met. Communicating and collaborating with the Regional Manager on requirements of local business to ensure continued business stability and growth. Follow standard work prescribed in the sales playbook. Grow new customers and expand existing customer business. Prepare offers, technical discussions, negotiations, and follow-up on inquiries. Consistent track record of achieving sales targets in a highly dynamic environment. Responsible for developing new distributors and managing the sales for the distributors in the Area Know-how (Education, Work Experience, and Business knowledge) 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in sales and distributor management B.Tech (Mechanical) An additional Degree in business management would be preferred Skills (Problem-solving requirements, people skills requirements) Experience working with air pollution control ( dust, fumes, and mist collection) companies and applications Knowledge of dust collector applications and ducting design would be preferred. Familiarity and market knowledge of air pollution control/dust collection customers Strong Engineering knowledge Strategic & Commercial Business Acumen Strong communications skills Good interpersonal and effective communication (both oral and written) skills. Excellent customer rapport and networking skills. Strong negotiation skills, able to convince strongly and comfortably interact with all levels of an organization. High degree of analytical and problem-solving skills, with an application and technical bent of mind. Able to liaise effectively both internally as well as with customers to derive effective solutions related to products, applications, and closure of orders. Authority & Control (Personnel leadership) Direct interaction with clients Product presentations Price negotiations and closure of techno-commercial decisions.
