AboutCounsel India a leading Psychology Learning EdTech Platform in India is looking for experienced and dynamic Director of Business Development to lead our company's growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. They will lead a team of business development professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand our market presence and achieve business objectives. Responsibilities:Develop and maintain web applications using the Laravel PHP framework.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new features and enhancements.Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues.Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure best practices.Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and frameworks.Requirements:Proven experience as a Laravel Developer, with a strong portfolio of past projects.Solid understanding of PHP, Laravel, and MySQL.Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Knowledge of RESTful API development and integration.Familiarity with version control systems (e.G., Git).Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Nice to have:Experience with other PHP frameworks.Knowledge of server management and deployment tools.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Benefits:Competitive salary based on experience.Health, dental, and vision insurance.Flexible work hours and remote work options.Opportunities for professional development and growth.Friendly and collaborative work environment.
