Job description

Role : Team lead - Mendix Location : Remote Exp : 7+yrs

Job Description: • 7+ yrs. of experience in IT Project/Team Management with experience in handling large-scale projects (preferably in an IT Services/Consulting firm) • Should be Mendix Intermediate/Advanced certified • Ability to lead a team of 5+ Mendix developers. • Able to solve complex Mendix problems • Should have delivered End to End IT projects in a global environment - The projects can be around Application Engg, Low Code Development, Analytics, Application migration, Data migration, Cloud migration or Application upgrades. • Experience in leading medium to large-sized projects of moderate to high risk, impact, and complexity. • Fluent in Agile & Waterfall methods of delivery • Excellent presentation and communication skills • Experience working with global stakeholders and good influencing, and negotiation skills • Tools - MS PowerPoint, MS Project, JIRA, Plan view, Smartsheet, PowerBI, Tableau, PowerApps ( or any similar tool)
