Corporate and Commercial Litigation Team:
- Looking at the pace of work, the team keep looking at resumes for associates and senior associate positions for Delhi and now Mumbai offices.
- Need to look at resume, where candidates have worked on securitisation laws, having knowledge of handling matters before DRT (SARFAESI laws) and IBC laws.
- A person with 4 to 8 years' experience will also work.
- Fee for such candidates will be commensurate to what mid- law firms are giving.
- The most important aspect is that how a candidate will enjoy and if a candidate feels that he will have a competency, we can work out well variable part also. Similarly we are looking for good candidates Handling M&A transactions.
- If a candidate is having 4 to 8 years of experience and have handled independently the transactions, it would be good to identify a person who needs growth and heads the team in Mumbai.
