Designation: Paid Media (Social & Social)

Key Responsibilities:

Paid Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive paid media strategy aligned with the client's marketing and business goals. Identify target audiences and select the most suitable advertising channels (e.g., PPC, display, social media, programmatic advertising). Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan, implement, and manage paid media campaigns across different platforms. Create and optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and ad copy. Ensure campaigns are launched on time and within budget. Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets effectively for various advertising channels and campaigns. Monitor spending and adjust budgets as needed to achieve desired outcomes. Keyword and Audience Targeting: Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and targeting to reach the right audience. Continuously refine targeting strategies to improve campaign performance. Ad Performance Optimization: Monitor campaign performance and key metrics (e.g., CTR, conversion rate, ROI). Implement A/B testing to improve ad performance and user engagement. Make data-driven decisions to enhance campaign effectiveness. Ad Placement and Network Selection: Select appropriate ad networks and placements for display and programmatic advertising. Negotiate deals with publishers, ad networks, and media partners. Ad Formats and Creative: Utilize various ad formats (e.g., text, display, video, native) for optimal campaign results. Collaborate with design and creative teams to produce high-quality ad creatives. Ensure ad compliance across platforms Analytics and Reporting: Use analytics and reporting tools to track and analyze the performance of paid media campaigns. Provide regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders. Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitors' paid media strategies and stay informed about industry trends. Adjust strategies to maintain a competitive advantage. Vendor Management: ยท Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors to ensure clear communication, alignment on goals, and the successful delivery of services.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field. Proven experience in managing paid media campaigns and a track record of achieving results. Proficiency with paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Display networks, and programmatic advertising. Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills. Knowledge of keyword research, audience targeting, and ad optimization techniques. Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Excellent communication and reporting skills. Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and platforms. Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in paid media advertising.
