Job description
Accomplished educationist and strategic leader with experience of managing and leading K12 Schools; Well versed with standard operating procedures, and processes as per the norms
- At least 10-20 years of teaching experience preferable in a reputed CBSE school-of which at least 4-5 years as a Principal / Vice Principal / HOD
- A PGT Teacher for the Senior wing is preferred
- Experience in the CBSE affiliation process and procedure will be an added advantage
- Flair knowledge about designing and developing international curriculum to meet the needs of the school program as per the CBSE
- Experience in heading the School clubs like Science club, English club, Information Technology club, etc. is necessary
- Responsible for teacher supervision, guidance, and development to ensure proper adaptation and adjustment of staff to the environment
- Will play a key role in the school improvement planning process
- Development of curriculum, teacher training and understanding of institutional developments from inception to management, administration, affiliation, academics and public relations.
- Must have through knowledge of academic standards and teaching methodologies
- Education policy formulation and change management
Skills sets required - Patience, confidence, innovative thinking and sound decision making. In addition must have strong interpersonal skills and be effective communicators.
